Pretty Good

This dazzling Allandale Tempranillo shows a bright crimson red colour with light magenta hues. The perfumed nose offers scintillating aromas of redcurrant, raspberry and quince. These fragrances give way to a lush and juicy palate containing soft fruit flavours as well as fine and dusty tannins. The wine concludes in a captivating finale. It tastes wonderful with roasted beef, burritos, and tapas-style dishes.

WINERY INFORMATION

In the 1970s, owners Wally and Judith Atallah, as well as Allandale’s first winemaker Ed Jouault, bought a 30-acre plot of land in the Lower Hunter Valley region. They built their winery/cellar door compound in 1978. Allendale’s longtime Hong Kong distributors, the Lee and Leung families, purchased the company in January 2016. It is located in the Lovedale region of Hunter Valley, NSW.
