WHY DO WE LIKE THIS WINE

Grapes for Babich Family Estates Headwaters Organic Pinot Noir were harvested from the certified organic Headwaters Vineyard in Marlborough's Wairau Valley. This organic wine shows an excellent cherry red colour when poured into a glass. Its soft and perfumed bouquet emanates cherry, strawberry and smoky aromas. The medium-weighted palate has a great volume and creamy texture, and is layered with red fruits and juicy acids. The finish is mouth-watering and lingering. This award-winning Pinot Noir from Marlborough would go well with red meat, wild game, or salmon dishes.
