WINERY INFORMATION:

At Barefoot, everything started in 1965 when Californian winemaker Davis Bynum created his first wine - Barefoot Bynum Burgundy, in his garage. The unconventional name ‘Barefoot’ has been taken from the free-spirited method of crushing grapes barefoot. Things kicked off in 1986 when visionary entrepreneurs - Bonnie Harvey and Michael Houlihan, took the helm, renaming the company as “Barefoot Cellars” and creating the famous footprint label.
