Barfold Estate lies in the southwest corner of Heathcote in Central Victoria. It is a family owned wine estate crafting elegant and flavoursome boutique wines. The philosophy adopted by Winemaker and Viticulturist Sandra Aitken is simple – Employing the use of estate grown and small-berried grapes with carefully chosen oak and innate yeasts, and as minimal intervention as possible.
