This marvellous Outback Jack Shiraz by Berton Vineyards is a delicate, flavoursome and full-bodied wine showing a deep hue. Perfumed aromas flow from its gracious nose, while the rich and complex palate packs ripe flavours of red currant, plum and mocha, to end in a soft, lengthy and persistent oak finale. It pairs well with roast meats and rich pasta dishes.
Berton Vineyards lies 500 meters above sea level on the highest point of the Barossa. It is a picturesque spot, with grape varieties like Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon abundantly growing on the vineyard. These grapes are renowned the world over for their intense aromas and juicy fruit characters.
