This red was matured in oak (10% French & American oak, and the rest in seasoned oak) for 15 months and further for 4 months in stainless steel tanks. Upon being poured into a glass, it displays a deep colour. Aromas & flavours of clean fresh blue and red fruit characters are sure to please your senses. These elements are complemented by fine grained tannins, providing plush length and structure, signature to Barossa Valley Shiraz. It is well-paired with grilled steak, mushroom risotto ,or aged Cheddar.

Located in the Barossa Ranges, Bethany Wines was established by brothers, Geoff and Robert Schrapel in 1981. The Schrapel family is known to be one of the earliest grape growers in Barossa. Grapes are obtained from the brand’s 38 hectare vineyards along with some amazing grape growers in the Eden Valley.
