Pretty Good

Bethany LE Reserve Shiraz is a fusion of 14.5% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes with 85.5% Shiraz grapes. This deep crimson hued blend features a bright purple rim. The perfumed nose gives off fragrances of fresh wild berries, spice and cloves, making way for a full flavoured palate. This juicy palate is rich with flavours of plums and blueberries, which are balanced by natural acidity and fine tannins. These vibrant characters culminate in an enticing finale. With a cellaring potential of 5 to 10 years, this dazzling Shiraz from Bethany Wines can be served alongside slow roasted Moroccan lamb, or blueberry and chocolate ganache.
