This beautiful Bird in Hand Cabernet Sauvignonis a deep crimson hued wine exuding rich aromas and concentrated flavours of aniseed, blackcurrant, violet and spice. These fragrances are replicated on the full-bodied palate, where they are joined by herbaceous notes. Firm, silky tannins combine with these varietal characters, to culminate in a long and structured finish. This enticing Cabernet has been crafted for consumption upon release but can also be cellared for several years. It tastes amazing with braised lamb and roasted shallots.
