Wine Making -
The Margaret River region is arguably the most exciting of Australia’s grape growing areas. The relatively young region promotes progressive attitudes in viticulture and an innovative culture to wine production. The quality of this product reflects the commitment to maximise the use of nature’s tools, wind, solar and eco-friendly distribution.
Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon fruit have been blended to create this bright fruity wine, with very lifted aromas of gooseberry, fruit sherbert, melon, Pineapple and some freshly cut grass. A crisp, zesty wine which is perfectly balanced with capsicum and tropical notes. It has a lingering, clean fresh finish.
Food Pairing -
This wine is a perfect summer drink on it’s on or perhaps with a bowl of fresh fruit to complement it’s tropical notes. Try it with BBQ prawns with a mango salad.
