Warburn Premium Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2012 South Australia

Grown in small parcels of vineyards in Southern Australia, grapes are carefully selected and matured to produce high quality Cabernet Sauvignon which contains 12.5% alcohol. The nose features a mix of warm earthy aromas, olive and berries. This variety of wine offers a smooth, round and full palate with chewy red berry flavors and hints of oak. Soft and fine tannins balance the flavours to a pleasant and perfectly rounded finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon may be enjoyed with slowly cooked and braised meat dishes such as roasted veal (young cattle meat) with green olives and braised oxtail in tomato pasta sauce.

This wine features the finest grapes grown near Cowaramup in the middle of the Margaret River region in South West Australia.
