The Australian Bureau Statistics states that there are 148,509 ha for winegrapes production and around 145,383 ha are bearing fruit in the year 2011-2012. With Australia’s diverse wine regions, it is not a surprise why Australia’s finest wines are made from this country and has become one of the top wine producers worldwide.

With 316 wineries in the country, there can only be a lot of capacity or wines production. Western Australia has 207 wineries situated in the region while the remaining 9 wineries are dispersed in the remaining regions.
