Gossips Cab Sav, the most notable wine of this series has a deep crimson colour with vibrant red hues highlighting the edges. The wine has been crafted using fresh grape harvests from the Riverina region, which accounts for the rich black and red fruit in the bouquet as well as the palate. These intense fruit flavours are countered by notes of minty chocolate and oak along with delicate tannins, all building up to a crisp and refreshing finale. This wine tastes delicious when served with meaty dishes like pork barbecues, meatball spaghetti, roasted lamb and beef burgers. The elegant Gossips Cabernet Sauvignon is most suitable for drinking within a year of its release.
