Freshly crushed Pinot Grigio grapes are fermented on natural solids in selected French oak barriques under warm conditions. The wine is further matured on yeast lees until the mouth-watering fine texture is achieved. The creaminess adds more complexity to the innate fruit flavours of the wine.
