Mr. Mick winery was established by Clare Valley winemaker Tim Adams when he bought the old Leasingham site on the outskirts of Clare Township. He changed the site’s name to Mr. Mick to honour his mentor Mick Knappstein. As time progressed, the estate came to include an elegant restaurant as well as a giant cellar door.

Mr. Mick 2012 Shiraz:

The bouquet exhibits lifted aromas of raspberry and violet in addition to notes of spice, pepper and oak. The full – bodied and well – rounded palate contains delicate tannins with flavours of ruby berries and dark cherries.

Mr. Mick 2011 Late Harvest Riesling:

Styled the same as Mr. Mick’s Bin 9, this sophisticated wine presents flavours and aromas of lychee and white peach. It has a generous flavour length, enhanced by vibrant fruit nuances, complex Botrytis character and a clean finish.

Mr. Mick 2015 Riesling:

Fragrances and flavours of orange blossom, lemon pith and lime flow around in this great Riesling. It has a fresh acidic nature balanced by the sweetness of fruit flavours.
