The Nicolas Feuillatte House was founded in the year 1976 by the visionary, Nicolas Feuillatte. His ideas and ingenious techniques took his company way ahead in the race, leaving behind centuries – old champagne houses. Under his leadership and entrepreneurial spirit, plus its collaboration with the CVC in 1986, the Nicolas Feuillatte Champagnes House soared to new heights and emerged as a paramount brand in just 35 short years.
The CV – CNF (Centre Vinicole – Champagne Nicolas Feuillatte), the union of Centre Vinicole de la Champagne and the Nicolas Feuillatte Champagne House, produces elegant and sparkling wines that will make you feel rejuvenated and come alive. Some of these champagnes are:-
Brut: This unique non – vintage Brut Champagne although requires 15 months for aging, it is aged for at least 2 years, giving it the taste you relish and love. It has a pale yellow colourwith tinges of turquoise, along with a small chain of bubbles lining the bottle. On the nose, it has intense white fruit and floral aromas with notes of sweet citrus fruits and pear. The palate has a creamy texture with a rich extravaganza of fruits.
Brut Chardonnay Vintage: This subtle and refined wine is aged for a minimum of 6 years in our cellars. It gives the appearance of delicate golden glints and has a host of bubbles in the bottle. The nose has notes of hawthorn along with aromas of pear and lime blossom. The palate is fresh and lively coupled with a complex finish of honey and citrus fruits.
Many more champagnes like the Cuvee Speciale Vintage, Brut Extrem’, Grand Cru Pinot Noir Vintage, Sleeve X’ploration 2014, and PalmesD’or Brut Vintage 2004 are some of the most sophisticated wines produced by this house.
