To craft excellent wines with fresh aromatics and a harmonious balance of flavours, the magic trick lies way back to the harvesting stage. Night Harvest Wine sticks to its principle of picking premium quality grapes during the cool of the night when the innate fruity aromas are at their peak and the delicate sweetness and acidity are at an ideal balance.

The Night Harvest collection features eight exciting blends that are of premium quality and great value for money.  Classic White is an interesting fusion of three great tasting wine varietals blended to perfection.

Made with 50% Semillon, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Sauvignon Blanc, Night Harvest Classic White is an outstanding creation from the Margaret River. It features a clean yellow straw colour with hues of gold on the edges. The bouquet is filled with ripe guava aromas and subtle hints of zesty citrus. Flavourful characters of tropical fruits, gooseberries and grapefruit create a harmonious structure. The finely textured wine is capped to a clean, refreshing and zesty finish.

Classic White is best enjoyed with fresh garden salad, prawn tempura and apple cobblers. This wine is best served chilled on a warm Sunday morning.
