A cool and breezy climate prevails over the Mornington Peninsula wine region, producing healthy vines of grapes that precisely define their corresponding varietal. This wine is made from whole bunches of grapes fermented in separate open containers. The fermented extracts were treated in French Oak barrels for a short period of time.
