Grapes are grown in the Rolling Hills of Central Ranges where the elevation of the terrain varies from 550 meters to 600 meters above sea level. Rolling Chardonnay wines is made from selected fresh grapes harvested from Central Ranges. The fruits are gently pressed and the extracts are carefully fermented in separate batches. After the fermentation process, the wine is mixed with yeast lees (or residuals) to create a creamy and smooth texture.
Its bouquet is defined by ripe tropical fruits and supple notes of banana and melon. This bright golden yellow wine with tinges of green presents a full-bodied palate of tropical fruits with balanced acidity and creamy texture.
