The Rolling Sparkling Pinot Grigio Chardonnay is this range’s most brilliant wine. It is a perfect blend of fine bubbles and even portions of two of the well-loved wine varietals. Selected bunches of Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay grapes both sourced from the well-maintained vineyards in the Central Ranges in New South Wales. They are fermented separately in stainless steel tanks to enhance the excellent individuality of the characters. The two wine varietals are then mixed to achieve a perfect balance of crisp and fruity characters, before maturation on yeast lees for 6 months and finally, the secondary fermentation.
This particular vintage of Rolling Sparkling Pinot Grigio Chardonnay has a pale straw colour with shades of gold in the edges. Green apples fill the aromatic bouquet, while hints of cashew nut add more crispiness and freshness. Fresh apple and juicy pear characters dominate the palate from start to finish while fine and velvety mousse brings the flavours to a crisp and lingering finale.
Rolling Sparkling Pinot Grigio Chardonnay is best enjoyed fresh while the innate fruity characters are still young and fresh.
