The Sacred Hill collection is inspired by the name given to a low rocky outcrop by a hermit, a long time ago. As described in words of the locals, the hermit had lived for many years inside a cave by the foot of the Sacred Hill. The Sacred Hill collection, similar to the outcrop, shelters a diverse range of great tasting wines whose excellent quality has been preserved for generations.

As recognized by top wine critics and major local and international wine shows, Sacred Hill continues to flourish its unwavering dedication for sophisticated wines that are great value for money.

De Bortoli Sacred Hill Brut Cuvee is an exciting feast of multiple wine varietals including Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon Chardonnay, Shiraz, Cabernet, Cabernet Merlot, Riesling, Traminer Riesling, Moscato, Rosé, Chardonnay, Unwooded Colombard Chardonnay, Reserve Tawny and Syrah Dolcetto.

Sacred Hill Brut displays a very pale straw colour and a fragrant bouquet of zesty citrus and floral characters. Light notes of fresh bread dough and luscious cream add complexity to the wine’s nose. The palate is filled with fine bubbles rounding to a silky smooth texture. Delicate acidity and refreshing Riverina fruit characters create a perfect balance of flavours.

This light-bodied and dry wine is made primarily from high quality Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. Selected parcels of fruit from a variety of vintages are blended with utmost passion and skill to end up in an elegant sparkling wine.

Sacred Hill Brut is best served chilled with a grilled seafood platter or fruit salad. This wine is best enjoyed immediately or up to three years from the date of release.
