Father's Day

Father’s Day is fast approaching. In line with this, Just Wines had decided to make a series of articles that talks about of course, our Dads.

For today, let us share with you some priceless bonding ideas that you can do with Dad this coming Father’s Day.

Say “Thank You”

You may have found the perfect gift for Dad. But don’t you think you’re missing the real essence of Father’s Day? Now is the perfect time to approach Dad and apologize for the things you have done to make him sad. The finale will be a simple ‘Thank You’. These are just two simple words that actually tell it all.

Schedule a Day-Off

Normally, Dads never stop working. This will be the best time to give him a day-off. Let him relax. Get his to-do list and take over- it can be mowing your lawn, washing the car, or walking your dog. He’ll surely enjoy having a long-overdue day off.

Play Together

Dad will truly appreciate if you take him out to watch a football game. However, if you’re not into this kind of sport, you may opt for an indoor game like cards and chess.

Get him to teach you a skill

Do you know how to change a tire? Dad will surely love to teach you how! This is especially true for father and daughter bonding.

Camping

A camping is something everybody loves to do. Let Dad teach you how to put up a tent and light a fire. Avoid ghost stories, though.

Watch a movie

Have you seen the newly released movie? Set up a date with Dad and go see it. But if you prefer to stay indoors, get a bottle of wine instead and rent a DVD movie that you both love!

Remember the old days

Reminisce your good old days together. You can even ask him private questions you never dared ask before! Who knows? This can be a step to a better father-child relationship.

Just spend time together

If all suggestions seem impossible to carry out, then the best thing to do is just spend time together. It may be over a simple dinner and a glass of wine.

Being with Dad is a priceless and timeless moment that you will surely treasure for the rest of your life!
