So about its process of making, everyone knows that wine were made through the process called fermentation.

According to about.com: “Fermentati on is a metabolic process in which an organism converts a carbohydrate, such as starch or a sugar, into an alcohol or an acid. For example, yeast performs fermentation to obtain energy by converting sugar into alcohol. The bacteria perform the fermentation, converting carbohydrates into lactic acid.” http://chemistry.about.com/od/lecturenoteslab1/f/What-Is-Fermentation.htm

In simple words, fermentation is a process in which natural sugar of a specific fruit is processed to convert it to an ethyl alcohol this process most of the beverages are passed with this cycle to obtain the kind of liquor it was.

When it comes to organic wines it is also processed in the same cycle, as for fermentation, it requires two things. One is sugar and the other is yeast, for naturally cultivated grapes it completes all the requirements by having natural sugar and yeast on its coatings. When the cover of the organic grapes start to peel, that’s the time fermentation begins.

Now, how to sort organic materials from inorganic ones, by organic it was cultivated on a natural way or the traditional planting process without the presence of chemicals. It is natural and non hybrid, in short fruits which are said to be organic are fruits which are normal in looking and the same with its taste, it was not genetically engineered to make it bigger or juicer.

You must be asking, how we can categorize organic wines from non- organic ones. The first thing a buyer must consider is that for sure it is of a higher price than the traditional ones.
