This wine has aromas of fresh apples, white nectarine and lemon blossom with an underlying tone of sweet spice. With great palate structure of stone fruits and sweet spice extending through to a soft crisp finish.
WINERY INFORMATION
In summary, vintage while dry was a perfect growing season for the Adelaide Hills with the conditions being conducive to low disease pressure, excellent early vine growth and fruit development. While the daytime temperatures were warmer than average the nights remained cool resulting in excellent ripening conditions for the aromatic whites.
