Cannibal Creek is a family owned and operated wine company established by Kirsten and Pat Hardiker. The company specialises in the production of award winning, cool climate wines. The winemaking team crafts these premium wines using handpicked grapes sourced from the 20-year-old vines planted in the family vineyard. The vineyard is planted on a farming property situated in the Tynong Valley region of Victoria.
