The Cannibal Creek wine brand includes an award-winning series of cool climate, handcrafted wines, produced under the supervision of skilled winemaker Pat Hardiker. These premium wines reflect the unique regional characteristics of the single estate vineyard owned by the company. The company was established by Pat and his wife, Kirsten Hardiker.
