Based out of Western Australia, Capel Vale is a private-owned winery. The company was established by Dr Peter and Elizabeth Pratten, in 1974 and the initial winery was built on the Stirling Estate in Capel in 1979. Their wines have a definitive regional flavour and varietal expression with a focus on balance, complexity and elegant fruit flavours.
