Chandon Brut is an exquisite fusion of 60% Chardonnay grapes with 40% Pinot Noir grapes. It features a straw yellow colour with green flecks and fine bubbles stemming from the glass. The perfumed bouquet exudes fresh fruit scents of pear, citrus blossom and white nectarine, with savoury nuances of spices and roasted nuts lurking in the background. The soft and generous palate packs nectarine and nougat flavours, offering a creamy mouthfeel. The finish is crisp and lingering. This dazzling Brut tastes fantastic with bountiful enchiladas, scallop carpaccio and Mozzarella cheese.
Chandon Wines is a reputed winery located on Maroondah Highway in Coldstream, Victoria. The winemaking team led by Senior Winemaker Dan Buckle specializes in the production of elegant still wines as well as premium sparkling wines using Méthode Traditionelle. The company was established in 1986.
