Pretty Good

: This exquisite Five Tales Sauvignon Blanc Semillon displays a pale straw colour with a bright green haze. The fragrant bouquet exudes lively aromas of tropical fruits, citrus and herbs, making way for a zesty and textured palate filled with intense citrus and tropical fruit flavours. These vibrant characters are balanced by crisp acidity, which leads this delightful white blend to a dry and refreshing finish. It has the potential to be cellared for 1 to 2 years from vintage. Suggested food pairings for this SSB include poached salmon, pan fried scallops and prawn ravioli.

WINERY INFORMATION:

After migrating from Northern Italy, the Credaro family settled in Margaret River in 1922. The association of the Credaro family with grapes started with Cesare Credaro, who worked at the Meleri vineyard in Yallingup, and planted an acre of Fragola vines in Carbunup. Since then, Credaro Wines has grown to spread across 7 vineyards covering 140 hectares. The family estate is currently managed by third generation winemaker, Robert Credaro, with the help of his four sons – Matthew, Michael, Jason and Christopher.
