Pretty Good

: Stephanie the Gnome Rose is a stylish blend of 18% Sangiovese with 82% Shiraz grapes. These premium fruit parcels underwent carbonic maceration for 10 days, and were then gently crushed. The juice was fermented in stainless steel, leading to the creation of a bright salmon hued wine. The fragrant nose flaunts mesmerising scents of raspberry and bubble gum, coupled with plummy and subtle herb notes. The light to medium bodied palate packs dense fruit flavours supported by chewy and gritty tannins. Bright and crisp acidity drives the elegant palate to a dry, savoury and lingering finale. This stunning Rose from d’Arenberg goes well with foods like pepperoni pizza, Moroccan couscous and chicken.
