De Bortoli La Boheme Cuvee Rose NV Yarra Valley - 6 Bottles
Availability: In stock

This rosé is a blend of 78% Chardonnay, 16% Pinot Noir and 5% Pinot Meunier grape varieties. Aged on fine lees, the base wines were then blended and underwent second fermentation through Charmat method. The result is a pale rosé coloured drink. A swirl of the glass reveals lifted aromas of cream, biscuit, hazelnuts and brioche. These complex fragrances pave the way for a fine and impressively-textured palate with good balance and weight. Enjoy this vegan-friendly wine young with tapas or seafood.
