Brilliant straw with a pale green hue. A delicate aroma reminiscent of Nashi pears, stone fruit notes and hints of ginger. Crisp juicy apple and pear with a touch of stone fruit. A rich, textural and creamy mouth which adds texture and complexity. Salt ‘n’ pepper squid. Fresh, crunchy salads – Thai green papaya, warm mango and salmon. Fish & hand-cut chips.

Exclusively free run juice, handled without SO2, sequentially inoculated with a non-Sacch yeast for complexity, followed by a Sacch yeast for fruitiness.
