The Deen Vat 7 Chardonnay is made with 88% Chardonnay, 7% of Arneis, about 3% Sauvignon Blanc and 2% other grapes. All of these fruits have been harvested in the cool night time weather. 3 to 5 years of cellaring is required for the proper ageing and maturation of this wine. The wine is pale - straw - hue with a bouquet filled with white peach characters along with delicate almond oak. The full-bodied palate of this wine has stone fruit and floral flavours that finish off with a nutty, creamy and delicious texture.
