Pretty Good

The premium fruit used to craft Delamere Estate Pinot Noir was handpicked from the estate’s 30-year-old grapevines. These grapes were whole bunch pressed, followed by fermentation with yeast. The juice was then matured in Burgundian oak, to produce a dark purple hued wine. The perfumed nose gives off mesmerising earthy and savoury aromas. This enticing Pinot Noir is elegant on the palate, filled with dark cherry and field mushroom flavours supported by smoky French oak characters. Crisp acidity drives the complex palate to a captivating finale, providing an elegant mouthfeel. With the potential to be cellared for 8 to 10 years from vintage, this mouth watering red wine complements foods like hare royale, coq au vin, and charred lamb rump.
