Derwent Estate Pinot Noir 2017 Tasmania - 6 Bottles
Availability: Out of stock

This Pinot Noir, produced under their premium ‘the boat label’, shows a beautiful red hue. A swirl of the glass reveals aromas of black and red cherries, spices and mulberries along with earthy notes. These characteristics are followed by a well-defined palate offering intense bright fruit, briar and spice flavours. Fine and integrated tannins add weight while also providing a smooth texture to the drink, eventually culminating in a lengthy finish. It can be paired with chicken, grilled salmon, or roasted pork with sausages.
Derwent Estate, established in 1992, is situated on the beautiful north facing slopes running down towards the Derwent River. The vineyard location allows a good airflow through the soil, considered best for producing cool-climate wines. Their winemaking process includes a combination of traditional and modern techniques that are used to craft a unique range of premium wines.
