Medium straw colour with a green hue. The bouquet offers intense aromas of white nectarine and peach. Toasty oak with a hint of lemon will feature while the wine is young. The palate is smooth with a mineral lemony acidity. Flavours of stone fruit and citrus interplay with creamy characters. This wine was made with 50% barrel fermentation, matured for 8 months in 50% French Oak while the remaining 50% was in stainless steel. Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years. A bright and youthful style of Chardonnay with white nectarine and lemon. The palate is tight and fresh, with a creamy mouthfeel.
