Pretty Good

Eradus Pinot Noir flaunts bright ruby-red hues accompanied by a lighter rim. The perfumed nose gives off scintillating aromas of red cherries and ripe strawberries, with light suggestions of cracked pepper and florals following the lead. These intense fragrances are replicated on the structured palate revealing matching flavours and lively acidity. These beautiful characteristics culminate in a savoury finish. Suggested food pairings for this light-bodied red include roast chicken, salmon or pasta dishes.
