Viticulture: Great grapes should make great wine and therefore our vineyard is where we do most of our winemaking. Low cropping vines with high leaf to fruit ratios enable us to create ripeness, concentration and complexity. Tasting grapes on a daily basis means we can make the perfect picking call, the most important decision in the grape-growing and winemaking process.
