Wine Style:-Light-bodied white wine.
Nose:-Gooseberry and passionfruit, citrus zest and lime.
Palate:-Palate driven by fruits of passionfruit, intense citrus and paw paw. A mouthful of fresh fruit balanced with zippy acidity and a textural finish.
Vinification:-The Sauvignon Blanc was allowed to ripen evenly on the vine and harvested with a variety of flavour spectrums, freshness and zippy acidity. The grapes were harvested in the early morning and crushed ever so gently to the press. Juice was drained and settled prior to a controlled fermentation. Lees stirring following fermentation assists with texture and mouthfeel.
Serve:-Slightly chilled 8-12C.
Food:-Enjoy with grilled chicken salad.
