Finniss River Vineyard Pinot Noir 2018 Currency Creek - 6 Bottles
Availability: In stock

The fruit for Finniss River Pinot Noir was kept on skins for 10 days, that gave this wine a beautiful deep crimson colour with brick red hues. Made with minimal intervention, the wine's diverse bouquet exudes unfiltered herbaceous aromas, fragrances of tomato leaf and capsicum, and hints of black pepper and aniseed. A fruit driven wine, the palate is balanced and well rounded. Flavours of dark cherries and minced fruits are complemented by light tannins, providing a beautiful length of finish. Tasting best when enjoyed young, the wine also holds a cellaring potential of 3 years. It pairs extremely well with beef, veal or poultry dishes.
