The premium fruit for this beautiful Four Sisters Chardonnay was sourced from 18 year old vines. The juice obtained was fermented in stainless steel, and then passed through malolactic fermentation. The resulting wine displays a light straw colour with bright lemon hues. This lean style Chardonnay offers lively aromas and flavours of tropical fruits, fresh citrus, lemon, rock melon and peach. These bold characters drive the textured palate to a refreshing finale. This tempting white wine has the potential to be cellared for 4 years from vintage, drinking best with a Caesar salad, lightly grilled chicken, or creamy Italian pasta.
