This dazzling Four Sisters Pinot Noir was created using premium fruit sourced from the vineyards planted in Murrindindi Valley. These grapes were crushed using open rollers and fermented with yeast. The base wine was then stored in French oak staves for maturation. It features a bright magenta colour lined by garnet hues. The fragrant nose flaunts scintillating aromas of plum, sweet cherry and spice. The smooth palate packs flavours of plum, strawberry and raspberry, combined with game and floral nuances. These magnificent characters culminate in a rich and balanced finish. This delicious Pinot Noir can be enjoyed within a cellaring term of 4 years, drinking best with duck as well as other game meats.
