Fox Creek Family Verdelho is a pale gold coloured wine flaunting an aromatic bouquet full of grapefruit, lime juice, lemon, pineapple and citrus blossom scents. This enticing Verdelho is creamy and luscious on the palate, filled with flavours of white peach, pineapple, nectarine and mandarin. A fine layer of grapefruit acidity combines with lime juice cordial, ending the wine in a textural finish. This full flavoured white wine has the potential to be cellared for a couple of years. It can also be enjoyed fresh and vibrant, served with foods like salt roasted rainbow trout in fig leaves and duck rillettes.

Established by a group of doctors with a passion for wine, Fox Creek produces an exceptional series of award winning wines. Skilled winemaker Scott Zrna joined the winemaking team as Senior Winemaker in the year 2005. Before joining Fox Creek, Scott worked as Senior White Winemaker for McWilliam’s Estate.
