Fraser Gallop Estate Cabernet Merlot is a blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 4% Malbec grapes. It is a vibrant crimson coloured wine with deep cherry red hues. The scintillating bouquet of this aromatic wine exudes fragrances of mulberry and dark chocolate, with savoury leafiness. The medium-bodied palate shows flavours of ripe blackberry, blackcurrant and mulberry, along with minerality and fresh acidity. Enhanced by fine and silky tannins, the wine finishes dry, long and fleshy. This red blend pairs well with roasted beef, aged Cheddar cheese, or pasta dishes.
