Pretty Good

This gorgeous Rifle & Hunt Cabernet Sauvignon shows a dark ruby colour with magenta shades. The fragrant nose is perfumed with clean and beautiful scents of black currants, pepper, mint, cherry tomatoes and smoky tobacco. The smooth palate is rife with complex flavours of blueberries, blackcurrants, coffee, and eucalyptus. These great characters are supported by firm tannins, eventually ending the wine in an extended finale. With a cellaring potential of twelve years, this delightful Cab Sauv can also be enjoyed fresh upon release. It is a great food accompaniment to truffle-infused polenta and slowly cooked lamb shanks.
