Giesen Estate Sauvignon Blanc is a pale straw hued wine exuding zesty aromas of elderflower, kaffir lime, lemon grass, pink grapefruit and dried herbs from its perfumed bouquet. The vibrant and generous palate packs concentrated fruit and citrus flavours, which combine with a layer of juicy acidity to end the wine in a crisp, dry and refreshing finale. This wonderful white wine tastes splendid with fresh mussels or clams steamed in a tomato, garlic and fresh herb broth.
