Produced using 100% estate-grown fruit, this fresh Fiano from the Mediterranean range flaunts a light, yellow-straw colour. A swirl of the glass reveals lemon zest, grapefruit and stone fruit aromas complemented by herbs and hazelnuts. These scents are reflected on the palate brimming with bright fruit flavours. This varietal wine pairs exceptionally with chargrilled octopus, pan fried wild barramundi or Italian dishes.
In 1988, Mark & Wendy Hastwell, and Martin & Jill Lightfoot joined hands for the establishment of Hastwell & Lightfoot. The brand produced its first batch with 60 cases of Cab Sav which has increased to 4500 cases in the present day. Sourcing grapes from their 40-acre vineyard, it offers quality wines under its labels—Museum Vintages, Mediterranean, Traditional and Fat’n Skinny.
