: The grapes used to craft Hancock & Hancock Grenache Rose were clean fermented using Rhone yeasts to retain intense characters. This dazzling, salmon hued Grenache Rose gives off scents of Grenache fruits, boiled lollies and candied sweets from its attractive bouquet. These fragrances give way to an intense and textured palate filled with juicy flavours of pomegranate and sour cherry. A hint of sugar is added to balance the acid tartness, and end the wine in a captivating and definitive finish. Made for consumption upon release, this wonderful Rose can also be cellared for 2 years. Drink it with roasted meats and vegetables, or Moroccan tagines to cherish its grand fruit flavours.
