The premium fruit used to produce Handpicked Collection Pinot Noir was harvested and fermented in closed fermenters. The juice obtained was aged in French oak for 11 months. This resulted in the creation of a deep red coloured wine flaunting a beautiful purple rim. A whiff of the wine presents oak, dark spicy fruit and nutty scents. The luscious palate packs flavours of black cherries and ripe berries, coupled with savoury notes of dried herbs and olive. These enticing characters combine to end the wine in a textured and captivating finale. This full flavoured Pinot Noir tastes excellent with roast pork belly, Peking duck and rich French cuisine.
