This beautiful Cabernet Shiraz from Hardys features a deep crimson colour with purple rim. Scintillating aromas of dark berries and cassis combine with dark chocolate oak notes. The rich palate reveals flavours of cassis and dark berry, supported by a gentle touch of star anise spice and black pepper. Fine cocoa tannins integrate with the ripe and fleshy characters to culminate in a lingering finale, marked by choc mint and mulberry. This full-bodied red goes well with chocolate mud cake, Italian pizza, and roast beef.

WINERY INFORMATION
Thomas Hardy bought the Bankside property in 1853 laying the foundations of Hardys winery. Four years later, Thomas planted his first grapevines, eventually producing the first vintage. The winemaking team today, is led by Chief Winemaker Paul Lapsley. Paul crafts an award-winning wine portfolio with the vision of producing wines that are prized in markets across the globe.
