Haselgrove First Cut Sauvignon Blanc 2018 Adelaide Hills - 12 Bottles
Availability: In stock
The grapes for this pale yellow coloured Sauvignon Blanc were sourced from two vineyards, one at Paracombe in the northern Adelaide Hills and the other at Kuitpo. On the nose, it emanates rich tropical fruit aromas of asparagus, cut grass with a hint of passionfruit. These passionfruit hints replicate on a rounded and soft palate with the freshness of cucumber, guava and melon flavours balanced by asparagus notes. The well-balanced acidity leads to a slightly textured finish. Relish this lovely drink with chicken salad.
Haselgrove Wines recreated itself in 2008 under the ownership of four Italian--Australian wine industry veterans - Don Totino, Don Luca, Steve Maglieri and Tony Carrocci. The four friends injected a heap of passion and ultimately revamped the brand, its presentation and entire range of wines. The winery focuses on small batch production, allowing the blending of small parcels of wine to create high-quality wines.
