Howling Wolves Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2013 - 6 Bottles
Availability: Out of stock

With the Margaret River region so often compared with the left bank of Bordeaux it’s no wonder the Cabernet Sauvignon is so damn good – and this wonderful, warm vintage with cool sea-breeze evenings, is no exception. The colour is a characteristic deep, rich maroon with beguiling red-purple hue. The nose is a symphony of enticing aromas of ripe dark berries, plums and cherries with hints of crushed tobacco leaf and dark cocoa chocolate. The judicious use of fine grain French oak creates an intriguing combo of smoky vanilla and mocha, adding complexity and body to a sumptuous palate exquisitely layered with rich dark fruits and fine silky tannins. There is an intriguing complexity, and a sublime oak finish and length. This is Margaret River Cabernet at it’s best. It will age gracefully and reward for the next 10 years.
